Clumsy Orc – 3-Month 40K RTT

Event Overview

A flexible 3-round, 2000-point Warhammer 40,000 RTT played over three months.

• 3 Rounds total
• Each round has a 1-month window to complete your game
• If players do not play within that month, both players score 0 for that round
• Event Duration: January → end of March
• Missions: From 2024 Chapter Approved: 2025 Mission Deck
• Terrain: Clumsy Orc terrain following Games Workshop-approved layouts, played on Element Games immersive mats
• ITC Registered

• Round 1: January

• Round 3: March

Each game must be arranged and completed within its designated month.

Army & Painting Requirements

There is no painting requirement.
However, armies not meeting a minimum 3-colour standard will not receive the +10 painting score per game.

We will be using the Best Coast Pairings (BCP) app for pairings and results.
Please submit your list 48 hours before your first game.

Arranging Your Games

• Contact your opponent through the Clumsy Orc / Element Games Discord
• Schedule your match within the round’s month
• On arrival at Element Games, ask staff for the Clumsy Orc terrain (using GW layouts), and it will be provided for your table.
• Please note: Normal Element Games table fees will apply on the day.

• You are purchasing a virtual ticket; no physical ticket will be sent.

Refund Policy

• Standard Ticket: Refunds available until 30 days before the event start
• Flexi Ticket: Refund or event transfer available until 48 hours before the event start

Participant names may be published for event promotion. Photos may be taken during the event for publicity.
If you prefer not to appear in photos or participant lists, please inform us prior to the event.
