Credits are rewarded through different memberships sold on www.clumsyorcstudios.com. Payment for memberships can be made with a vaild credit or debit card. Paid either through our payment portal or paypal. Cash will not be accepted, neither will cryto currency or any other form of payment.
Credits can only be used if the Customer has registered an account on www.clumsyorcstudios.com
Credits must be used within 3 months of the date a membership begins or is renewed. If Credits are not used within 3 month of new membership or renewal, these will be removed from your account.
Credits are non-refundable. Credits cannot be exchange for cash or currency equivalent.
Credits are designed to reward and further discount products and services available through www.clumsyorcstudios.com. This discount can not be used in addition with any other offer. The lowest cost of any offers will be offered to our Customers.
Clumsy Orc Studios reserve the right to change or amend policy’s with no notice period. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the credit reward system and policies associated with Clumsy Orc Studios.
Academy usage
Credits can be used for the Academy.
An active Academy subscription must be in place to attend and/or to use Credits to book, either as full or part payment for the Academy. No active Academy subscription is necessary to purchase any other products/services from www.clumsyorcstudios.com. This may change at any time and is under direct discretion of Clumsy Orc Studios.
Credits will be refunded to a Customers account if a cancellation of an Academy booking is not made within 24 hours of the Booking date.
Online Store Usage
Certain products and events can be used as part, or full payment. This will depend on the product and any sales which are taking place. Any refunds will be form of payment recieved, Credits will refund Credits, Card payment values will be refunded via Card and Paypal refunds by Paypal.
All refunds are subject to a discretionary 10% Admin fee, unless otherwise stated.
