Are you COVID Secure?
We’ve done everything we can to keep you safe. PPE & Handwash are provided in each location.
Do I need to be a member to book a table at the academy?
Yes, you do. However, we do offer a promotional trial of our academy for you to be able to book. You can book a table here
What games do you play on Academy nights?
We focus on Warhammer 40k by Games Workshop, however we do also host other games workshop games
Can I bring my own Lunch/Dinner?
Location dependant.
Is Clumsy Orc Studios wheelchair friendly?
We try to be as accommodating as possible but we are limited to each location’s accessibility. Please get in touch for further information.
Is it child friendly?
Everyone is welcome. However, children under 12 years of age must be supervised at all times due to the expensive player and store collections.
Where are you located?
Unfortunately, we don’t have a physical premises (just yet!). We are working with local independent gaming stores to provide a fantastic service in your area.
Can I get a refund?
Our service is subscription based and credits are bought in advance. As billing periods are monthly, you will be able to access the member’s area until that period has lapsed. Any remaining credits will be lost.

What does being a Clumsy Orc Studios member get me?
As one of our members you get access to our organized gaming evenings. These evenings are run and coached by one of our team members and they will get you up and running with a Warhammer game. You will be paired with someone with the same amount of experience as yourself and our coach will guide you through all the phases of the game.
Not only this, but as a member you will get access to a number of credits which are redeemable on our site for products like merchandise or to book yourself a virtual training session.
As one of our members you will also have access to use any of our studio armies at any of our gaming nights.

We currently run our gaming nights every week, in a number of locations.

How much does a membership cost?
gaming night will deduct 18 credits once you have booked on to one of our weekly sessions
What armies does Clumsy Orcs Studios have access to?
All our armies are visible on our site and bookable through the membership page
